Digital products and instant delivery
All purchases are delivered instantly as downloadable files or access to online course content. Because the product is available to you immediately upon purchase, most sales are final once the download has been accessed.
When you can request a refund
We will issue a full refund if:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise does not work as described.
- The product is materially different from its description on this website.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. To request one, contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue.
When refunds are not available
We generally do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind, if you purchased the wrong item by mistake and it works as described, or once a significant portion of a course has been completed or downloaded content has been substantially used.
